We've got to take our motorhome in for cam belt and water pump change next week.  Hoping the bill won't be too much as also need to buy a couple of tyres later this year but need another couple of months to save for them I think!

Not a no spends day today. We have been to fill the car up with diesel this morning. The price seems to be coming down again. It's certainly the cheapest we have seen it for a long while at £1.62 per litre.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was crumpets, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is burgers, chips, onion rings and corn on the cob, might make some coleslaw to go with it if I can be bothered.

    Tonight's jobs are:
    • Walking the dog
    • Load of washing
    • making tomorrow night's Shepherd's Pie
It will be a quiet night tonight. A few beers and a film on the sofa and an early night ready for the weekend.

Not a no spends day today.

I'm off to have my hair cut this morning and then we are out in the van.

Breakfast this morning is cheese on toast, while we are in Sheffield we will grab a roast pork sandwich for lunch and dinner tonight is the Shepherds pie I made last night.

We can't get on site until 1pm so we will probably nip into the pub up the road for a quick drink on the way.

Hope this weather is going to improve as we had lots of walking planned. The wind and rain are currently hammering on the bedroom window!

We had a lovely day yesterday. We were lucky with the weather and didn't get wet.

The farm was really nice. We have enquired about going back later in the year.

It has taken an absolute age to get home. It was the Sheffield marathon and loads of roads were closed. What should have been an hours journey has taken 2.5 hours!

    We are finally home.

We had egg and soldiers for breakfast before we set off. We were both a bit peckish on the way home so we called at Taco Bell for a quick bite to eat.

Dinner later is roast pork and all the trimmings.

We have taken the dog for a run on the big field with his ball. He is no fast asleep in bed.

I was going to clean the van when we got back but I have lost all enthusiasm for it. So I will do it one evening in the week instead. I have washed the mats and the dogs fleece blanket. Will do the rest in the week. It shouldn't take too long.

Not a no spends day today. I need to go and do the weekly shop after work tonight.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is salmon with noodles and stir fried vegetables.

    Tonight's jobs are:
    • walking the dog
    • weekly shop
    • load of washing
    • cleaning the interior of the van
My body clock is completely out of kilter this morning. I was still fast asleep when the alarm went off this morning. I'm hoping it sorts itself out by tomorrow morning!
