Yes. Think it will be a weekend at home for us next week if the weather forecast doesn't improve. Not made any plans.milann said:I’m another fed up of cold, grey wet days. Not looking great for our trip next week ☔️☔️
If we don't get out next weekend it will be Easter before we are back out again.
In other news we have decided to leave cleaning the bathrooms and vacuuming until Saturday morning. We have friends coming to stay over at the weekend so we will only do it again then anyway. So it has been a lazy evening.1 -
Not a no spends day today. I have nipped to the shop for bread this morning.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is pizza and a few beers on the sofa.
No jobs tonight other than walking the dog. A relaxing night in store watching a couple of films.
Our friends might not make it tomorrow now. We will know for certain later today but their son is poorly at the moment so it depends if he feels better later or not.
We had advance notice of the A57 being shut tomorrow evening when we got home last night. They are moving a wide load from Worksop to Goole. The load is 85m long, 6m wide and weighs 500 tonnes, so we have no idea what that is. But if our friends don't make it to see us we might take the van down to one of the pubs on the route so that we can watch it on one of the trickiest roundabouts on the route.
We know how to have an exciting weekend
