It will be a no spends day today.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was cereals, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is pizza and a few beers on the sofa watching a couple of films.

No proper jobs to do tonight but I am going to get the bedding off the van and stick it in the machine tonight so that I can get it hung on the line first thing in the morning.

We will walk the dog in the woods again tonight when it is a bit cooler. He is enjoying his evening woodland walks.

While I was stripping the bedding off the van the other half has cleaned the oven. Wasn't expecting that on a Friday night 😲

It started because I asked him to bring a blade home from work to get a couple of annoying baked on bits off the oven door on the van. They have been on there since we bought the van and have been annoying me for a year now.

He decided to try it out on our big oven in the house and got carried away 🤣🤣🤣

On the plus side it has saved me a job and it looks loads better.

It won't be a no spends day today we have a few errands to run. I don't think it will be massively spendy though.

Breakfast is a full English and we are having a bbq for dinner later. We need to go to the farm shop to pick up a chicken for tomorrow's dinner so will get some meat for the bbq there. They usually have some good offers on.

Today is bedding washing day. I have one lot in which will be ready to hang out to dry when I get up. Ours will go in next. Hoping to have time to line dry a load of clothes as well today.

Other jobs for today are taking the old bbq to the tip and nipping into town for a couple of bits. Will take the dog for a walk on the big field today I think and have a play with the little drone we were given.

It has been a productive day so far.

Third load of washing is drying on the line. Well I say drying we seem to be having a quick squall right now, sure it will dry when this has passed!

Shopping is done. We had a proper natter with the farmer at the farm shop this morning. We hadn't realised he owned the farm before we though he was a butcher they had employed 🤣🤣🤣

He's a proper nice guy. Got a good discount for being chatty and repeat customers as well which was nice. He didn't have to do that. His meat is cheap enough as it is!

The town centre was an eye opener this morning. Not been in for a few weeks or so but even in that short time more shops have closed. I'm not sure what can be done to breathe some life into it.

After we had taken the old bbq to the tip we went for a walk along the local canal and called for a quick pint in the pub along the way.

We are now back home. Bedding back on the relevant beds, grass cut   I'm going to marinade some meat shortly for the bbq tonight and tomorrow's rotisserie bbq chicken dinner.

I think it might be beer o clock then.

The weather has been odd today, one minute beautiful, the next stormy. Looks like a nice pub to stop off at 🍺

Not a no spends day again. We need to go and find a gas bottle today.

Today's other job is cleaning the van.

Breakfast is a full English and dinner later is rotisserie chicken on the bbq. Looking forward to that.

We will take the dog for a nice walk somewhere today as well. Not sure where yet though.
