Nice to see the totals coming down. The motor home loan is going down really fast. You’re certainly getting your money’s worth out of it, excellent purchase.

I bet you can’t wait to fire up the new BBQ.

We are both itching to get it fired up.

Must remember to marinate the meat tomorrow night.

It is outrageously hot in this house tonight. We have been sat with all the windows and doors open to try and cool it down.

Definitely having the fan on tonight.

It will be a no spends day today.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. We had cereals for breakfast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is burgers with sweet potato wedges, onion rings, corn on the cob and homemade coleslaw.

    Tonight's jobs are:
    • load of washing (im going to stick this on the line. I reckon it will dry before we call it a night)
    • cleaning the kitchen
    • marinating meat for tomorrows BBQ
    • walking the dog when it has cooled down
  • Think you're right about the washing, I'm gonna get all the bedding through today. Think it'll dry in an hour or so in this weather/.

I've got all the bedding to do at the weekend. Need to do the van bedding as well.

Fingers crossed for some good weather!

It's heavier stuff I'm putting out tonight, jeans and towels. I still reckon it will dry though before we go to bed.

If not it can finish off in the spare bathroom.

I washed our summer weight duvet last Friday morning first thing and it was dry in about 2 hours - the load of towels I did overnight on Friday night didn't take all that much longer either in spite of saturday being grey and at times rainy!

The washing dried in a couple of hours and is now all folded and put away.

Shame we don't have enough for another load. I could have done the same again tomorrow.

I didn't do the kitchen last night so that can be tonight's job.

The dog will get a walk in the woods tonight when it has cooled down a bit.
