  • Poor dog - it's definitely sounding more like he did manage to eat something he shouldn't have while you were out and about over the weekend, isn't it. Hopefully a bit of fasting, then a few days of bland diet will see him OK.

The other half just rang. He sent me a message earlier and said that the dog really wasn't himself this morning and was just trying to hide himself away in his bed in the office which is very out of character for him. We said we would give him until lunchtime and see how he gets on before ringing the vets for some advice.

He has just rung to say that there is some definite improvement in him. He has eaten a little bit of food and kept it down, gone for a walk to stretch his legs and he has told a customer off so he must be feeling a bit better in himself.

Hopefully a couple of days of a strict bland diet will sort him out again.
  • Fingers crossed RS.

Hope he continues to pick up. They are a worry when they're not well.

Poor dog. Hopefully he’ll back to his usually self soon.
The battery is expensive but once you have a new one you should get a good few years out of it.
The photos of Derbyshire looked lovely. Was that where the Dambusters did their practise runs?

  • Sorry the dog is poorly.  My DDs border collie pup has a cold and upset tummy too but strongly suspect that is from eating grass which she has a tendency to do.  A worry when they are ill.

The balances on the cards are coming down nicely.  I assume the CC6 will be balance transferred at some point?  CC4 looks like it will be paid off within the deal period and I know you are planning on saving the £251 once the car loan gone.

It is indeed. Cracking spot and we will go back again. It was busy though. There were at least 20 vans in the car park overnight.

I think the other half has brought a different dog home. He is definitely a bit more lively than he was this morning. 😀

He has just had some dinner so will see if that stays down. He had some at lunchtime which stayed down so fingers crossed we are on the mend.🤞
