Today will be a low spends day. We have been to the farm shop on the way home for some fruit and vegetables.
Breakfast was a bacon and egg sandwich and dinner tonight is roast chicken with all the trimmings.
We are going to take the dog out for a walk shortly. Not sure where yet.3 -
Another lovely place. There are lots of really nice places to stay when you know where they are.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

That was your second choice of location? Some stunning villages that way every once in a while I think about moving to a rural place idk why tbf on a day to day basis I think I'd hate it - spent all my late childhood / teenage years in the middle of !!!!!! nowhere and hated it generally but I look back now on those days very fondly and wonder if I'm not being fair to my son living so close to town - not a !!!!!! chance I'd let him go walking for miles just himself and the dog around here.2

Yes that was Plan B. We are glad we went there in the end it was a really nice weekend. We might use that spot as a regular local one this winter.alt80 said:That was your second choice of location? Glad you had a good one- can’t quite see staying in the van will be so good in the winter though. Rather you than me.0

The heating will keep it toasty warm in the winter. Only had a couple of cold nights on it so far when we first picked it up but the heating was very effective and with it only being a small space to heat it doesn't take long to warm up.alt80 said:Glad you had a good one- can’t quite see staying in the van will be so good in the winter though. Added bonus that we can use our phones as a remote control for the heating so we can fire the heating up while we are out on a cold walk and get back to a warm van

Tell them to try Stinky Stuff dog products, they are really good at giving a dog a healthy coat,he might also need some oil in his food or feeding him a raw diet. I had a German shepherd who looked like that when I got him but after 6 months he had a lovely coat. I fed him cod liver oil in his foodRelievedSheff said:
They have had him 18 months now. He suffers terribly with skin complaints that are just refusing to heal. He is back at the vets tomorrow for some more test results. They have tested for cancer so hoping it is good news for them and that comes back all clear.warby68 said:The brothers are so cute - 2 peas in a pod
The other chap? Poor boy, he looks like he knows he's a bit of an ugly duckling. Is he a new rescue? I hope he can get some improvement with his coat and skin.
The little bit of 0% is a good start - hopefully more soon.
He really needs all of his coat clipping/stripping out and starting again. But they need to get to the root of his skin conditions first.Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8940 -
I used Stinky Stuff on my cat’s skin condition, it worked a lot better than anything the vet prescribed. It’s brilliant.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
