I'm terrible at forgetting to read my meters. I agree why can't they just have one set smart meter. I think the newer ones are supposed to be compatible with most companies. I can't help but feel it's to try and discourage people to switch.*Dad loan - £5300 - £7200

Still no news on the van.
What is even more annoying is that no one has even rung us up or made any contact to let us know what if any progress has been made nor to offer any sort of apology.

I sent a very sternly worded email this afternoon and low and behold got an instant response from the general manager.
Not the response we want but at least it was a response. He now reckons Thursday but we are not holding out any hope for that either. We don't trust a word they say.2 -
How annoying that the van cannot be collected until next week now. To be honest at the moment we are finding bad customer service is the norm. My tax rebate is now weeks overdue and a porch we ordered at the end of last year is still not ready to be installed even though that is a month overdue and no contact from either. Small local companies seem to be better unless supply chains have broken down. Covid seems to be the stock excuse for everything which annoys me. They have had a year to get a system sorted for things.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. They know the vans are hard to come by right now, no doubt that’s why they’re not making an effort. Covid and Brexit are very convenient excuses for poor service at the moment. Hopefully this time next week you’ll be in possession of your van.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

I am sick to death of any complaint that I make being blamed on Covid. You must be so disappointed.
