Hope you're asleep now Kaz.
just put WM on. Still in bed, drifting in and out of sleep.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Morning all
I left room in the WAC for someone else last night, hope you are all ok. We had a lovely day yesterday, saw my Mum and sis for first time since Xmas, had a lovely long walk in bright and warm sunshine, decluttered a couple of storage boxes and other bits to my sister as she said that she wanted them... ferling!
Today I need to get a food shop done, list and menu plan done already, weather is supposed to be reasonable too so washing and garden jobs will be on the agenda.
cuppa and brekkie first though... bye for now x7 -
Thanks for the WAC space, Badcat. I was there until about 6am, when DH got up and I dozed off. Until 8.15! I am now up, wm is on, DH has emptied the dw (nothing short of a miracle), and it’s tea and toast time. We are off to see DSiL for lunch today. We haven’t been there since Christmas. I need to dig out layers in case it is not so warm to sit out as it looks. It could be an interesting journey, as stretches of the motorway are closed.
Yesterday passed in a blur of the usual errands, lifts and chores. The most exciting part was that it was deemed to be autumn so we had a roast chicken dinner, with hm Yorkshires! As we cleaned the kitchen up last night, it also wasn’t a shock to come down to this morning.
I hope your DS had a better day yesterday, Round.Have a lovely day all x7 -
Morning all. Another one who slept in till eight after a roughish night. Since getting up I've fed the dogs, cleaned downstairs loo and had breakfast. Plans for today are more walking and some paperwork with DH.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.7 -
Morning xx
DS seemed to have a better day yesterday thank you xx He was struggling with clingfilm at one point - but I reassured him that clingfilm is demon stuff and fights with everyone; then he had a pallet of rolls of poster paper to process and was trying to avert an avalanche. Bless him. He has only ever worked in an office before and he has mild dyspraxia so anything requiring fine motor skills is harder for him. I send Keep Calm and Carry On texts. I hope they don't give him a pallet of footballs to process!!! Anyway he now has 3 days off so he can relax.
I had a weird and convoluted dream last night which included me carrying a child that was old enough to walk. As I was overloaded I put the child down and told it to walk - and it promptly fell in a ditch. We don't need to be Einstein to work that one out!
Anyway I think it's Sunday today. DS working on a Saturday has messed up my 'what day is it?' internal app! I've made my bed and slurped my first brew.
Round 1 =
get dressed
peg out yesterday's washing (I thought it was going to rain. It didn't. Most annoying - but heyho)
set jeans swishing
feed birds
put out recycling
WUDUPA a bowl of pots
Ciao

Up, showered and fed. Washing on line. Bunnies hopping around in the garden. I would like to get the grass cut today, and the hutch cleaned.
I could do with sorting the veg plot - I think the beans probably need to come out now but I don't know....Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
