This is pointless.  Utter waste of time.  We all know that a solicitor can't add £60 and also £50 (capped under the CPRs).  Yawn.

Read Excel v Wilkinson and stop sending stupid emails to BW Legal expecting something useful back.

We know that c-m, comments are wanted as to what they said

"the matter was referred to ourselves and the recovery charges, in the form of the receipt of instruction fee, of £60.00 were added onto the full PCN balance of £100.00."

I know and I answered it.  They can't take two fees for the instruction; the CPR has a ceiling and Excel v Wilkinson covers why this is not allowed.

There is no need to chew over the tedious adding of the false 'debt recovery' sum on every thread.  I wish no-one would even discuss it.  Such a waste of threads.

WE KNOW, WE KNOW , so come on, what is your answer to ...
"the matter was referred to ourselves and the recovery charges, in the form of the receipt of instruction fee, of £60.00 were added onto the full PCN balance of £100.00."

I know this is BWL crap, and what I will say  could be different to what you say.
So .... what would you say in return if you received such nonsense from BWL  ??
