This is pointless.  Utter waste of time.  We all know that a solicitor can't add £60 and also £50 (capped under the CPRs).  Yawn.

I know and I answered it.  They can't take two fees for the instruction; the CPR has a ceiling and Excel v Wilkinson covers why this is not allowed.

There is no need to chew over the tedious adding of the false 'debt recovery' sum on every thread.  I wish no-one would even discuss it.  Such a waste of threads.
