This is pointless. Utter waste of time. We all know that a solicitor can't add £60 and also £50 (capped under the CPRs). Yawn.
Read Excel v Wilkinson and stop sending stupid emails to BW Legal expecting something useful back.

"the matter was referred to ourselves and the recovery charges, in the form of the receipt of instruction fee, of £60.00 were added onto the full PCN balance of £100.00."

I know and I answered it. They can't take two fees for the instruction; the CPR has a ceiling and Excel v Wilkinson covers why this is not allowed.
There is no need to chew over the tedious adding of the false 'debt recovery' sum on every thread. I wish no-one would even discuss it. Such a waste of threads.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I know this is BWL crap, and what I will say could be different to what you say.
So .... what would you say in return if you received such nonsense from BWL ??1 -
