The ticket you received will show the name of the entity and company number
The same entity must be displayed on the sign
The same entity must be on the landowner contract

The company name and number is different on the ticket to the sign.
The NTK & Sign on site shows:
    Britannia Parking Group LTD
    Registered in England No: 08182990
    The LOA shows:
    Britannia Parking Services Limited
    Company Number: 8187238

    Does this help?

    Thanks again.

As suspected.   Back in December last year, I was helping someone with a very similar case in Reading County Country.  THE ERRORS, just as you describe were pointed out to BWLegal who decided in their untrained wisdom to continue.  The Judge said to the legal rent by the hour, this is not going well for you IS IT, no Sir the rep said , case dismissed and £95 costs was awarded.

You can read about the case here ...

On the same day, unbeknown to me a Judge in Oxford ruled the same

Seriously, we have a legal here who is clueless and fails to understand what an entity is

Go forth and get them spanked for fakery which includes fake amounts

Bottom line here is, would I employ BWLegal to chase money and take people to court ?  HELL NO, not with their reputation, I WANT TO WIN
I have now read the posts and case you said about. So do I now wait and wait for them to contact me saying they are taking me to court?
The other thing I am worried about is the legal costs but am willing to beat these people who think it is ok to do this.
    Let me know your advise.
    Again thank you!

In what way?  How much do you think they might be?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Have you read the NEWBIES thread?  Why do you think there are legal costs in play, in small claims?  Rhetorical question, you haven't read enough Britannia Claim/defence threads if you think we risk anyone credit rating or high costs.  There is no risk.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Thank you for this. Reading is not my strength so I am not being lazy but takes me alot longer.
So to confirm I now continue to wait and see what letters I get regarding either debt collectors or a small claim hearing? I can then update you on what happens?

Come back if or when you get a postal LBC , or a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton

Ignore the debt collector letters in the meantime , just file them away , no action is required and we don't want to know about the debt collector letters

I can see you might be struggling with this.  BWLegal via this thread already know they are a loser due to the lack of understanding what an entity is ?
They still might ignore this and issue a claim and it would waste the courts time to go through this so, a letter to them laying down the facts as you have.
They will no doubt ignore a letter but, it is a letter to show a judge on the day. and you will not be hi-jacking them because you have already notified them in advance

If you want this letter please do PM me
  • I have now received this letter from BWLegal. Do I just still ignore this? Thanks

It's a debt collector letter (14 days to pay). Have you not seen this letter before from the other DCBL threads you are reading?  You are reading others, yes?
