Britannia Parking - Canvey Island Seafront

I received a PCN from Britannia Parking today saying I have to pay £60 fine. I paid using cash on the day and no longer have the ticket receipt that was in my windscreen showing proof of payment. Can you help?
Thanks

You were advised to read the NEWBIES a few minutes ago. It should answer most of your questions. You were also advised to only refer to The Driver and The Keeper. We can't help you if you don't follow the advice given.
I suggest you get a brew and biccies then settle down to read the NEWBIES. It will take you a while. You only need to read the parts that are relevant so if the keeper is not at court stage, then you don't need to read that section yet.
I suggest you read the fifth post first and print or write out the common abbreviations used on this forum before you get stuck into the first post.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4 -
It is not a fine.
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up later this year,
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these companies, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Re PCN number: *********
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.
Could you let me know before the keeper sends this template to appeal.
Thank you.0 -
If that's the blue text template found in the NEWBIES thread, then there is no need for any one to check it.
But if it is something else, then... why is it something else?4 -
On further looking at the PCN it states Canvey Island - Seafront - Movie Starr Cineplex. Should the keeper complain to Movie Starr Cineplex before appelaing the PCN??
It states about contacting the company before appealing the PCN.0 -

And read the complaint that Koalacube wrote last month , adapt it accordingly
As long as it's not a company vehicle or on hire or lease , the blue text template is correct , after a landowner complaint , use the royal WE , no blabbing about who was driving , not to anyone
Check if the NTK PCN is POFA compliant too2
