    Does not the newbies tell you what to do?
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • I was told by a previous message to wait until I received this letter and then let the forum know.

    Perhaps, but did re-read the newbies first?  If you had done so it is likely that your post would have been otiose.

    With another fake add-on quoting debt collection costs, it seems BWL are ignoring the EXCEL v WILKINSON case struck out for abuse of process.

    If BWL are silly enough to go to court, make sure you have your costs schedule ready when they lose

    I think that in addition, every time they do this the motorist  should complain to the SRA.  They are well aware that such additions are unlawful

    YES, given that BWL are aware of the EXCEL v WILKINSON strike out for abuse of process, given that they claim, their client instructed them, by ignoring the above case, where is the duty for the client and the courts ..... ????

    I think that CM has added this in the newbies.

  • I have just received a reply from BWLegal with regards to £60 add-on and this is their reply
    What does this mean ?
    "the matter was referred to ourselves and the recovery charges, in the form of the receipt of instruction fee, of £60.00 were added onto the full PCN balance of £100.00."
    =====================================================
  • I had replied to the letter with a format beamerguy suggested and this was part of the reply he suggested I post onto here as well
