I agree that you have a potential win re lack of the BPA 5 min grace period.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have no idea what 'page temp suspended' means. I don't know who or what is issuing that message.
Are you perhaps using a mobile telephone?

Then you need to borrow a laptop for this process. Sorry. You will be astonished at what you are missing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Waste of time trying to do this on a phone, same as trying to do your job would be foolish using a small bikejamesmc80 said:

I use a laptop and an Acer Iconia tablet , both work fine
This is not a task for a mobile phone and you should stop using one on here asap3 -

No - you simply file your appeal. (Making sure you follow the guidelines from the NEWBIES thread).4

I'm getting there i think with this appeal to popla. Further to my evidence gathering this car park has no entry signs as it is a small plot of land up a slip road behind shops and offices. Im reading through bpa cop and im i right that the signs need to state they use anpr in the car park. Also im going to use unclear signage as where I was stopped for the 3 minutes the closest sinage to my vehicle was around 50 feet in front of me and 30 feet to the side. Is mentioning that I wasnt parked and mearly stopped to take a telephone call . As the pcn states I parked and by definition this is incorrect. Sorry if I'm asking lots of questions but I want a positive outcome on this one.
