@waamo I've just had an email pop up asking for my opinion, apparently this was the second one they sent to me. Maybe there was a glitch with the first one as there's no trace of it.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2

No email received; then again, I've hardly been here since they closed the Arms and DT. I only found this thread by accident!:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

There was a link floating around a couple of months ago (maybe longer) to do a feedback survey.0

I had my email this afternoon saying that the survey closes tomorrow. It referenced a previous email which I’m fairly sure I didn’t receive.I quite enjoyed giving my feedback on certain aspects of how the trolls are not being managed at present. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

What did they ask?0

@waamo Generic questions about why you use the forum and what keeps you using it. Is the experience and advice from others useful; do we trust the content, then a couple of questions about whether the forum is a safe and friendly place; how issues are dealt with; how does it compare to other forums.
Might be more, that’s what I can remember. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I just received the survey email also . Only found this thread , which was a link from the invitation .I'm not sure whether to bother .The m s e site has glitches everywhere which all should have been resolved by now .
my only excuse I could possibly allow for this , is that there are probably more users using it at the same time due to being stuck at home during Covid .
The previous system was more pleasing on the eye and less clinical imho .A lot of people got fed up with the changes and stopped using.
I get thanks listings still from people who would normally comment on my threads .
When you look at the thanks button , that doesn't work properly ,
The only thing further I will say is that if I did take the survey, my email address gets forwarded to auditors .Not sure if I'm comfortable with that .
I'll mull it over before deciding whether to take the survey..1 -
