I don't think I can help on that one; my "expertise" is on cashback deals with claims. There aren;t actually many dealers left who are independent and large, so you'd best start with cpw and/or Mobiles2YourDoor-Phones4u. Can't say how reliable they are though! If everyone accepts automatic cashback deals there won't be a huge incentive for my sort either! Lol!0
