I currently opened up a TSB S&S account but didnt receive a card like this. I received an old sytle TSB card.
I don’t think they are being introduced until later in the year, I saw a post on Twitter about it a few weeks ago.
Thanks for the headsup - It looks like it will be "early next year"

You can have 2 current accounts now? I think earlier it was just one, the other one had to be joint.

You can have as many Spend and Save accounts as you want (subject to acceptance). There was only a limit placed on the Classic Plus account.

Personally I think the RBS and Natwest cards look Naff, the new TSB ones look much better.
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both.

My card has arrived and looks much better (the embossing on the previous one was rubbed out and wonky)
No start date like US cards, will be expecting 'Valid Thru' on the next update.

I’m guessing the other banks will probably follow with these sort of portrait designs. In a way it makes more sense considering it’s the way you insert a card into a reader/machine aesthetically I suppose

My guess is that in the 'olden' days the  credit card was put in a slide machine which copied the embossed numbers onto paper, there's no real need for that now.  Old technology.

    I feel my age!
