we have tried over the phone and now they checking the slots, and said they have had some people complaining, that we are ringing and sayin we got slots, so now they wont take that they said there is a email addy with the email we got sent now and we to reply that way only.

wow there is some boring people scrouges in the world im sure if they didnt have a slot they would try

just got thru on 08456007000
spoke to a nice guy who straightaway asked if I wanted to order from the sale list...nothing left for my lil' son!!! really not a single item from the 12-18 month boys range!!!!
even my DH's work suits were half sold out...or the wrong sizes were available! managed to place an order for 10 items anyway and spent 300 quid...:)
still have my 11:30 pm slot but not holding out much hope...roll on 27th store sales!!!

Hurrah! tried once more on the phone and managed to order some of the bits that I ran out of time with my slot. Loads of size 14 stuff left, especially the Long stuff for us tall girls :-) The guy was lovely and friendly. I even got through in less than a minute.

That's it now, my orders total about £500 (although some will go back) so no more!

Tried ringing 0844 844 8000, was on hold for 10 mins, then got told couldn't order as sale hadn't started yet.

So, rung back on 0844 844 8333 & was able to place order although first item he was going to charge me full price until I stated again I wanted to order from sale listings.

Most of the stuff I've ordered said ' This item is expected within 1-2 weeks'.

300 items! That seems so unfair, I wanted to order 2 jumbo towels for my friend in chocolate and there was only one left, didn't bother in the end as there seemed no point getting one random towel!
