Lets hope they make the next NEXT sale fair..... 1st come, 1st served. No VIP slots, codes, etc. All they've managed to do this time is hack us poor sods who've been up in the wee hours trying to use their useless site!

When I phoned my order through last night the guy who I was dealing with said that some people had been placing orders for 300 items at a time!

Its no wonder they have sold out of stuff so quickly.

I'm glad I managed to get something at least!

I was told to call number 0844 8448000 which is open 24 hours a day and is the orderline. I phoned and went through very easily

Can't get through on any of the phone numbers now! I've got a vip slot at 1300 but already half the stuff is gone!

i understand why there are slots- if everyone logged on at the same time the site would def crash.

Yippee - just got through and ordered what i wanted (well what was left!) and they didn't quibble the vip sale at all! !!!!

Just tried getting through and whilst waiting checked on the items I wanted, NOTHING is there anymore! No boys stuff 12-24months, cant believe its all gone. Seems very unfair the way they do this, some people always get a slot whilst others never do. If they are gonna give out slots then if you had one last time, you dont get one this, seems a bit fairer.

Oh well all I can do is hope more stock is added christmas eve, the local store do not stock much in the way of boys clothes, loads of girls but only two rails of boys so not holding out much hope of finding much in the store sale.
