I logged into my 00:00 -00:30 slot and almost completed my order and it bombed out, managed to get back in and it then allowed me to start again, as I was still in my time slot... almost completed again and deleted a sold out item (as I had before with no probs) and it bombed out, this time at 01:00 so it wouldn't let me back in!!! I've waited up all night!!! ARGH any suggestions?

all i suggest is ring orderline in the morning explain what happened and say you want to place your sale order on the phone. i placed mine on the phone earlier today.

how annoying waiting up only for it to keep crashing :mad:

this is soo annoying i have a slot for 5am n i tried going on the website rite now n an error keeps coming up and wont let me log in or go on the quickshop section. i have been up all nite waiting for this coz there was no point goin to bed at 1am n waking up at 5. wat a waste to time, they need to sort their website out. n cant call to order until 8am.

EDIT: few mins in i tried deleting cookies n then it let me in but kept clearing my baset everytime i deleted something wen using quickshop. so if anyone cant log in try deleting cookies.

Zainzab, looks like it's just us two hacked off would be next VIPers then..... don't know bout you but I aint impressed!

Got up early for my slot and tried to go into site and it come up with error message. I am not happy! Can't do anything until 8am when they open.

Same here at 05:30, got an error saying my detials were not recognised - then tried going in to Next site through quidco and that worked OK. When you log in to your Next account through the quidco link it comes to a page which says 'We note that you are trying to order during your VIP slot - please click here to go to sale prices'.

Later Next site crashed and emptied my basket (like some posted earlier) when I tried to delete some 'Sold Out' items in quickshop. However, logging back in allowed me to re-enter everything (annoying!) and still checkout at sale prices, even though by now it was beyond 6 am.

Not much left for me in young girls this sale, and lots 'should be delivered later' - still, best way to save money if you can't spend it at Next!

After a bit of messing around i've managed to log in and place order. Under firefox it kept coming up with an error message. Tried on google and it worked! Maybe its something to do with cookies? - Sorry i'm not a techie!

Most of what i wanted was available. Not much in childrens clothes - I've a 3 yr old boy and most stuff was sold out. To be fair though there's never much boys stuff available in sale, mostly girls.

Glad i managed to sort order though, i was not a happy bunny getting up at 6am to place an order and then the site wasn't working.

I ordered last night but right near te end of my order the site crashed and emtoied my basket, I ended up going back, back, back and the choosing the items again via the back button. They all went though and were showing sale price but when i confirmed they are showing full price. I am going to give them a call, i guess it is going to be busy this morning judging by this thread. The site was a complete pain, you could not sort anything in size order, when you added something to your basket and choose to carry on shopping it would take you back to the home page so you would have to go back to the section you was veiwing. Argh, mine was for 9-9.30 but I finally finished at 11.30pm. I am just going to give them a call and tell them i want them at sale price or the whole lot can go back!! I got an invite as well. Not a great deal left to be honest though. It is just trawling through pages of carp you don't want. Mainly baby stuff so if you have a baby there is loads to choose from.

just phoned 0844 8448333 option1 , i asked to make an order from the sales listing and they asked me for my first item no questions asked (i'm a non vip) ,by the way stock is going down fast, i think all vips/non vips should phone their orders through asap and not bother to wait for their slots.
