Same here, I had all my things in basket and mine crashed then couldnt log back in so had to book another slot, gutted

Thanks soooo much for recommending to phone!!!! I phoned earlier and the guy put me through no problem and then the batteries ran out on my phone :eek: I phoned back again and got put through no problem and placed an order. Then phoned back again about 1/2 hour later with more added to the order again with no problems.

Glad they never sent me a VIP slot now as it was sooo much easier over the phone. Anyone waiting for their VIP slot, phone now!!!!!!

i phoned and placed my order but more was out of stock!! atleast i got a bit of it. may look again when the sale begins x

Be carefull on your VIP slot when deleting items in your basket as it seems to throw you out.

Not that good a lot of items have gone

I still have to wait just under a hour for my VIP slot , very disappointed that the nightwear i wanted for my girls have gone . My delievery Next man told me Most sale orders will be coming in on Xmas eve and i might get some then .

Message to Emweaver - in the Summer Sale you were on the thread and blagged placing an order before all "VIP" slots. Just to be sure you received it, you placed it again (and received 2 lots). Again in this sale, you were not given VIP access but blagged a slot by taking the advice of someone on here and ringing for a slot.

You now have the cheek to call other users for doing exactly what you have done in the last two sales - because they placed their orders before you did.

well i had my list ready of about 14 things and got maybe 10 of them
so i am pleased.
logged in fine, put all items in my bag fine, i could delete stuff and no crashes! (unlike last year when i lost the lot to website freezing)
no probs at all...........


i bet non of it will turn up now..something has to go wrong surely?!?!
