I had my slot last night,ordered items,got confirmation email with full prices showing! So i called next in the morning and they said to wait for my statement to arrive and then they'll investigate! Hope it get's sorted cuz i'm not paying full price,i'd rather return them

no if you use quickshop out of your slot you wont get the items at sale price, it should state this somewhere under vip sale in your account.

This happened to me in the summer (or was it last year??) and i had to contact them after i had received them and decided what i wanted to keep and they put them through as sale price... i had a vip slot then.

I've managed to place an order now :T

I rang the 8000 on the end number and they checked i didnt have vip slot so try another first maybe.

I had £50 of vouchers from the barclaycard offer and took them into store, bought a £50 gift card and then offset it against my online account - without any problems. The shop manager was laughing with me about how ridiculous it was to have to do it that way. I would do it either before or after the store sale though as they are going to be very busy!
