I've given up now, had 6 items in my shopping bag and then they all disappeared, and now everything showing full price, so cannot be bothered now.

Had problems ordering online during my specified vip slot, called them with order instead, which they were happy to take. Oh it's great to be a size 6, all items either available or 1-2 week wait

Thanks for your advice. Rang the order line and said I would like to order from the sale booklet. The man asked for my customer order then I could hear him typing which must have been him over-riding the VIP status. Didn't question if I was a VIP. Most mens and children's bits were gone but got most of what I wanted. Just need to get children's bits from instore now!

I rang up and did an order at about 1 this afternoon, for £170 worth of stuff , Ive still not had my confirmation, I rang the free fone number.
I just did another order in my slot for £40 and got the confirmation, how long should I wait?

That's weird...I've just checked again, and both of those codes bring items up at sale price for me, and it says 'SALE' in red by the price

I ordered last night and the prices show full price on the screen and on my confirmation after it crashed - I went back and entered them all again using the back button and still full price. Anyway, I called in CS on the freephone umber - had to wait 10 minutes - but the guy told me they would be sent out at sale price and if not tocall and let them know as they had a few 'problems' with their website yesterday!!

This may be a silly question, but will the same stuff be in the next shops when the sale starts as what's available online? A lot of the stuff I wanted has already sold out online and there was a jacket I was absolutely desperate for so am considering getting up early for the start of the shop sales :eek:

Me too, did the baby stuff by phone, not that much was left. Then ordered a few bts for me and dh this evening in my designated slot. Had email confirmation of the online slot, but nothing for the phone order. Is that normal?
