when i type in the codes just brings up full price does not evem mention sale

I posted at 01:38 this morning because my VIP timeslot of 00:00 - 00:30 messed up and wouldn't work and I ended up not being able to order. I emailed Next (just replied to their VIP confirmation email they sent) back at 2:00 and said could I rebook a slot as their system crashed. (IF YOU HAVE A VIP TIMESLOT DO NOT PRESS DELETE ON ANY OUT OF STOCK ITEMS FROM YOU BASKET AS THIS SEEMS TO MAKE THE SITE CRASH!) I just sat for an hour writing down details for my order and was about to ring and queue but when I clicked the my account button it let me rebook a timeslot of 13:00-13:30 (at 13:10!) so hey ho! I've placed my order so its not so bad after all. It might be worth a try emailing if you have a similar problem as I was on hold for ages this morning trying to get through on the phone.

I just rung 0844 844 8000 and said I wanted to order from the sale items and the woman took my order! I am so glad I didn't have to lie!!

Just phoned and stated wanted to order from sale catalogue even though didnt have a slot and placed my order for the sale items. All 10 of my items I wanted were in..:T

those who phoned order without slots were they def going through as sale prices?

I just phoned up and was told I was not alocated a VIP slot so I cannot buy from the VIP sale. So I called back, I was told the same thing again by someone else (having checked with supervisors etc). They say they can't override the system if my account was not allocated a VIP.

Please can somebody confirm if I will be charged full or sale price if I use quickshop outside of my VIP sale slot.

It is coming up full price with the words 'sale price' in red underneath.

ring the order line number, i tried twice then tried order line number and they took my order no questions asked
