  • 300 items! That seems so unfair, I wanted to order 2 jumbo towels for my friend in chocolate and there was only one left, didn't bother in the end as there seemed no point getting one random towel!

Yes absolutely. Although I managed to get my very teeny weeny order of 3 things through I think I'm going to email Next and say thats this random picking of email is unfair as some people that have been customers for years have never had an invite. Sure there should still be time slots but they should be open to everyone on a first come basis.

Maybe if a lot of us emailed them then maybe it would be changed for the next sale thats on.
  • i think not lol
  • just rung and got some answers. I have a cash aco!!!! werbys I pay when i order. This means there is no way on earth i would ever get a vip invite, very different answer to what i was told earlier in the week! This really nice guy has now converted my account and told me to ring back in the morning and I should hopefully be able to order.

!!!!!! are NEXT playing at, I asked if these invites only went out to people with credit accounts and was told by email no, yet this guy tells me different and sorts out my account for me so that in future I stand a chance of actually being able to order something.

The people that are not able to order are probably cash account holders as when I asked if the items I was ordering were at sale price, he told me no and thats when he explained about the dfferent accounts etc. Confused, I certainly was. So if you could not order try calling again you could get your account switched to a credit one and then be in with a chance another time of a vip invite.

can you pay with gift vouchers online or over the phone???

If it is a giftcard, then you can call up and pay it onto your account over the phone. If it is actual paper gift vouchers then you can't - I only know because I rang up yesterday to ask the same thing. I have £100 of Next paper vouchers from the recent Barclaycard offer.

They told me onliy way to pay them onto account is to POST them!! Not keen on doing that. I am going to call a store and ask if I can convert the paper vouchers into a giftcard if I visit the store. As I could then pay the giftcard onto my account over the phone.

    HTH.

has any1 manage to crack that code if u have then can u plz post it on here

Ran through the codes again this morning. GE0 and GM0 both seemed to work, and were bringing sale items up at sale prices. No idea whether they would actually honour this though under the new stricter regime.

I had a slot at11.30pm last night, like others I had nearly finished ordering, when at 11.55pm my basket emptied, argh. Managed to reorder most things, then site went a bit funny so i panicked and checked out, as didn't want basket to empty again!

Rang this morning to explain and they took the remaining items over the phone.
