I haven't been able to log in to my account at all since yesterday, so the locking thing would fit for me. I also used the summer sale loophole, so maybe they lock the accounts of the cheaters!

:mad: :mad: :mad: Just been into the sale, in my VIP slot which was 6pm - I got about half my stuff into my basket when am error message came up and emptied my basket :mad:

Started to panic, and put some more stuff into basket - again did about half the stuff and it came up with error message again!

Everything I wanted went out of stock by the time I got it into my basket for a third time Just about managed to get myself a pair of jeans and a coat, and a couple of bits for each of the kids - NOT happy!!

I've tried phoned Next, but obviously the lines constantly busy......

My basket kept emptying in too but it kept magically reappearing!!!

yes, i recall that too. you could also say that it's unfair that some customers order some items in different sizes to see which fits better thus meaning that other customers find these items out of stock but hey that's life. i guess it's first come first served.

Help! I can't seem to add anything to basket - just able to view sale items!

Warning - if you try deleting some items that are sold out from your basket, the basket may crash and empty. It did to me and had to start all over again. Just leave them......it doesnt hurt.

think yourselves all very lucky!! I was due to be paid yesterday but as I have been on sick since getting my tonsils out fortnight ago they havent paid me.....so no money for any last minute bits......and more importantly the next sale!! I am absolutely gutted, so just remeber theres always someone worse off than yourself, but life just goes on.

I don't think non vips or vips should have priority, i managed to get a vip slot for 10pm but have just phoned my order through.. think Next should just knock the vip slots on the head
