i tried that n they said no sorry hope u get one next year.Just reading your last few posts, ring them up and ask for a slot, blag it by saying your friend got a slot by ringing and how its unfair you didnt, I havent even spent with them and they gave me a slot mind you its tomorrow though.0 -
kicked me out a few times and a few items said had size but when selected was not there. over all pretty painless for a change couldnt see what the code was as puts goods in at the original code0

The first man i spoke to said "sorry but you're not a VIP". So i phoned back and a lady took my order without questioning it at all. I just said I couldn't log in.
Mind you, out of the 11 things on my list, 8 were already sold out. Seems strange just 30 minutes in, maybe they didn't have any to start with!0 -

just done my order at last using my vip slot yipee!!!!:j it was a nightmare though as when i put my last item in the site said we have a problem and logged me out !!!!!:mad: 3 digit code was g50 as someone had stated at some point on one of these forums.

Was on hold for 15mins b3fore they answered and would give no slot either by internet or phone. She just said theyve been told to give no slots out and there's nothing she could do to help....0

Not sure who you're asking but yes all of them were put through at sale price over the phone. The woman taking my order did put me on hold for about 40secs but came back all cheerful and processed everything. I guarantee you I'm not a VIP...tried everything to get a slot
