Hi everyone

My time slot was for 6.30pm. Logged into my account at 6.10 as I wanted to see if one last thing was in the sale and it let me log in and order all of my stuff. By 6.35 - job done!

If you have a later slot it might be worth just logging into your account - but don't blame me if something goes wrong!!!

Me too!!! I was sweating at one point as it had done that error thing and I was panicking it would do it to me again!! Managed to get everything ordered, only a few out of stocks.

just bagged a slot for tmrw nite at 11pm. the customer service rep said i cant get a vip slot so i said i d like to cancel my account n got put on hold n a few mins later was told i can have a slot for the 23rd. too bad most of the stuff will be gone by thn. the cs rep told me that they still have available slots for the whole of the 24th n some after 11pm on the 23rd. hope that helps someome

Still going to get up and go to the city store early though, as so much was sold out.

i tried logging in and going to the sale but wont let me add anything, try quickshop and comes up full price so wont let me orderbefore my slot online

im getting fed up now as most of what i wanted is sold out and if next are letting non vips order over the phone when not even vips can im going to complain

i know this must be frustrating but to be fair it's not like vips are really any different to non vips. everyone should be allowed to order without this silly vip bussiness.
