Has anyone heard from HMRC regards the applying for the second grant yet?

I just go round in circles when I login. Just keeps telling me the scheme will be open as of the 17th of August. No date or time specified.0

Ahhh. So I found the link where you can check the status of your first grant and then it told me I can apply for the second one on the 19th of August. Thanks for the help all.0

Today i got an email from HMRC telling me that as of the 17th the scheme will be open and as of the 18th i can make a claim.
It also says that trying to access it beforehand won't allow you to the site section.1 -
21st for me. That's a lifetime away.0

It is my one chance to survive, because so far I got nothing and it's my last chance not to be on the streets begging.
Where did you find this informatio?

From other posts it appears LeicesterWorker is a director of a limited company paid via an annual pay scheme, so SEISS is not relevant.0

Have heard nothing from hmrc but just had a look and its saying I can claim from the 20th so not bad, fingers crossed if all goes to plan i'll be seeing something early next week.
Does anyone see there being any reason where someone that claimed the first grant might not be able to claim the second?. I'm personally still at about 50% back to any sort of normality so certainly feel im due. May grant went through straight forward with no issues.0 -
Put my second claim in at 4am this morning. Piece of cake as my details were all stored from the first claim. Here's the link for ref https://www.gov.uk/guidance/claim-a-grant-through-the-self-employment-income-support-scheme

You will find the date from which you can apply by checking your last grant payment details:DocBean said:Thanks. I just get this message:The online service is not available yet. If you’re eligible you’ll be able to make a claim for a second and final grant from 17 August 2020. HMRC will contact you if you’re eligible.
Sign in to Government Gateway > self assessment > claim a grant from the SEISS > scroll down to check status of your payment > enter UTR > enter NI number.
