My friend got the email today (i never got any communication first time round but got the grant) and it just says
"How to claim - Search Gov.UK for ‘Self-Employment Income Support Scheme’. Claiming online is the quickest and easiest way to get your grant."
So looks like we all just have to logon on Monday, would like to see how the website is gonna handle all that traffic. :-)

I haven't received an email this time like I did for the first round so I had to use the eligibility checker to find out on what date I can make my claim. I'm glad I did because I've been given the date of Tuesday, 18 August rather than tomorrow.0

How did you access the eligibility checker?

I was on the Chartered Institute of Taxation website (the people who ran the webinars) and it had a link to check eligibility but it just directed me to log in to my Government Gateway account so I could've just gone straight there.0

Thanks. I just get this message:The online service is not available yet. If you’re eligible you’ll be able to make a claim for a second and final grant from 17 August 2020. HMRC will contact you if you’re eligible.
