For the record, as my post seems to be coming up again. Update is - I contacted the land owner, they said "tough" and COPIED IN THE EMAIL OF THE ACCOUNT MANSGER FOR THEM WITH THE PARKING FINE COMPANY!!! So I sent them a strongly worded email advising they had now breached my data by giving my email address to these hounds, told them again I wasn't driving and couldn't/wouldn't tell them who was and asked them to reconsider their position on cancelling the ticket - I am not sure if they did cancel it, but the breach of gdpr may have been enough to get it done because as far as I am aware I haven't had a letter since and it's been a year so, I am thinking I am not hugely at risk of them genuinely taking me to court if they still have me on their hit list.
