JCat8 said:it is paperwork from the court with dates for an action, what else could it be. I may not spend my life on forums like you or be familiar with how these things work but dont patronise me maybe if you weren't giving out bad advice to people in the first place people wouldnt be in these situations...
Are you still looking for help here?3 -
@JCat8 - you've given us precious little information, is your case even about Gordon & Noble, are you even based in Scotland? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Surely this would be a matter of concern to the FCA?1 -

JCat8 said:Sorry I am new to this site and don’t know where to post or how to start new but people in my work have had court summons because of this too. We were told at work we could just park in the spaces and it would be ok there is a lawyer speaking to one of my colleagues about this and they said that they can ask the court to find out who is insured on her car so how do we say we did not drive if they can see a list of names. I listened to all advice on this website and did not respond or say anything and it has actually made things worse because now we have to pay court costs I could cry I do not have the money and this is really hurting my mental health can someone please help
As we have never seen anything about this from you, we don't know what you did
dont patronise me maybe if you weren't giving out bad advice to people in the first place people wouldnt be in these situations...
