any info appreciated 80% ltv

application submitted 2nd, soft searches and id search on the second

hard search on the 3rd experian declartion signed the 3rd

extra pay slip required showing bonus going in previous year 3rd

which was provided that day

what happens now? we are through a broker

We applied on 27th of July , valuation was done on 02nd of August now awaiting for the offer or LBS may ask for more documents.

The one we are buying is a new build I don’t think they have heard anything about a valuation as yet

seems they are a bit busy these days.
Our broker said that they can take upto 7 working days after valuation to respond.

I followed this thread with some angst as I was about to apply for a LBS mortgage.. the timescales seemed really 😞..
so for the benefit of others reading now I would like to post my experience...

13/9/21 full application
13/9/21 hard search
21/9/21 in person valuation
24/9/21 offered

method of application Broker through portal.

no further information requested, no questions, first mortgage.

I was somewhat apprehensive of the process, hey... don’t be!
I couldn’t be more impressed with the service level if I tried.

02/10 declaration sent
04/10 received email from broker stating all docs satisfactory. Just awaiting valuation
Valuation booked in for 11/10
Fingers crossed it goes to offer next week
