I've got an ongoing application, from what my broker said (possibly due to the 21 day timescales) they are checking the documents etc first then instructing the valuation. The broker said they have been happy with everything submitted (they wanted 1 more months bank statements) and it was now just the valuation before the mortgage offer).

Thanks @thebear999 I hate the waiting. I am hoping this is the final thing to check now 🤞🏼 When did you submit your application?

They haven’t asked me for any but we have a mortgage advisor but she hasn’t asked me for anymore documents. I just hope for some news this week applied 27th April.

does anyone know if you need to tell them that you have a new higher paid job if you’ve had the mortgage offer, but yet to complete the purchase?
