No valuation was done after, was told underwriters were happy with all docs requested and only thing they needed was our valuation report so I'm guessing we got the green light and there are no issues. I'm so nervous!!!1

We just received our mortgage offer! Absolutely thrilled and so relieved. Good luck to everyone still waiting on their offer!!0

I had an email from my broker today to advise Leeds were happy with everything so far and it was just the valuation required, which they have instructed for next week.
Would I be right in assuming this likely means everything is fine subject to the valuation (it's a new build so i'm expecting it to be painless).0 -
Im still waiting 🙄
15/03 DIP
18/03 full application and hard search on Experian
19/03 documents signed and returned
19/04 Valuation completed
26/04 report received and questions raised
5/05 additional bank statements requested my MA only submitted 1 month bank statement ( 3 months requested), returned same day
13/05 Enquiries raised about transactions on statements, responses/explanations provided same day
Currently 9 day turnaround and expecting update on 26th May. 🙈 its been such a long process and I am so worried to start it all again if its a no. I’m applying for shared ownership property.
