As I can't add a signature (assume as I'm a new poster), I will update my time line here.

Does anyone know how long the process is between valuation and offer? And do they email you the offer?0

Re the offer, they upload it to a broker portal and post to the client. Not sure if you have gone direct0 -

We had our valuation Wednesday, and received the offer in the post on Saturday! Whole thing took about a month. We applied directly and they requested more info once.0

Hi all, I have been reading this thread all night trying to get some understanding about our situation.
Basically we were declined by Danske Bank because of past history however we have a large deposit saved and cleared all of our credit to no debts.
We are applying for co ownership (think it is similar to shared ownership in England? I'm from Northern Ireland).
Here is our Leeds Timeline
13th Jan- DIP accepted & application submitted14th Jan- Hard Search on Experian
22nd Jan- more information required around my contracts in work25th Jan- information sent to Leeds
5th of Feb- valuation requested to be done. There was a week where no one bothered to pick up they're phones to organise so this could have been completed quicker.
I am just wondering if anyone has had experience with being declined by a different bank but successful with Leeds? Our last application was declined after the valuation was completed so I am a bag of nerves. But I have found this application more positive as the information they required was very minimal.
If anyone could share they're experience I'd really appreciate it0
