01/10 Received letter about initial search through the post dated 25/9
We were told we should hear something by the 20th.
14/10 Mortgage offer received (working day 40)

good point. You would also like to think that a broker would steer you clear of companies where you may be at risk of being declined

MSN your broker should have know this. Iv found it online
