Completely true. My wait wasn’t as long as yours, we got to 24 working days in the end but exchanged and completed just over a week later. It was worth it in the end.

Oh no  so sorry to hear that. Weird that they offered a lower amount. What are you going to do next...? Are you looking for a 95% LTv shared ownership?

It really is worth it! Currently Sat on the sofa in my new house now having a cuppa and reading this thread. My agonising and stress waiting for Leeds feel like a bloody lifetime ago. Stick with it guys, you will get there

27th August - Documents certified in branch
9th Sept - Valuation
11th Sept - First assessment and more documents requested

just out of curiosity for the guys who have had theirs accepted. How many times did they request further info from you?

I have no idea. Just seems like an odd reason. We have gone with Kent reliance now. Fingers crossed. Hope you all hear back soon from Leeds!!! 🤞🤞

I've heard of those before @MSN2220 is that for a 95% shared ownership mortgage? Whats their turnaround time like?
