Yours has been pretty quick aswel hasn't it, there's people from August still waiting and we're September applicantsMSN2220 said:
The whole process is confusing, everyone seems to be going through different stages. Apparently if LBS don’t need anymore documents next week, it will go straight to verbal offer. 🤷♀️becky8690 said:
Think my initial assessment was done on the 15th September, still waiting for underwriter thoughMSN2220 said:
I think there has been a further delay for all applications. Our MB spoke to them yesterday. LBS said our initial assessment should be completed by 6th Oct.becky8690 said:its been 15 working days since my MB submitted my application and he hasnt mentioned if its gone to the underwriter yet0 -
It’s took 5 weeks for everyone who posted on here to get a offer. Every day that timeline is different so I don’t know why people worry about it too much.becky8690 said:

I think in a nutshell most cases are sorted between 5-7 weeks. If you're the earlier of those that's great and you have to be unlucky to get the other side.sofsar said:

If the lender asks for additional info do we then go back to the back of the queue for underwriting?0

Apparently yea. My broker missed out on my 2nd wage slip and I’m worried it will take 1 extra week now! I was also asked to sign morgage declaration.becky8690 said:If the lender asks for additional info do we then go back to the back of the queue for underwriting?Have you signed yours?0 -

Becky as your valuation was done straight away I’d only count 5 weeks from application then chase broker up. Normally other lenders do physical valuations and that takes 2/3 weeks in total.I’m sure you will get the offer as they haven’t asked you anything atm but would have done by now0 -
Offer Turnaround
STD: 25 working days
BTL: 19 working days
That's the 23/09/20 for us, lol.
