    I would have considered myself a good case at the start of the year but it now feels with lending criteria tightened, and products removed everyone is a special case!

    So I am 65% LTV, borrowing about 20% less than my maximum and not been furloughed. Although they didn’t ask for bank statements (I don’t bank with them) which I found quite surprising!

    Interesting about the payslips. I’m not sure what they asked for in mine I just gave everything to the broker he asked for at the start.
    I am 80% LTV, and I am asking for 2K less than my maximum at application. My broker told me a week before that I was able to go up to £290K, but when I applied he said max was 264k and I’ve gone in with £262.
    Fingers crossed - Will keep you posted if you’re interested

    Friday 17th July, Valuation was instructed on 24th

    MA emailed this morning, offer being produced today and will be in the post. :0 I could fall over/faint/be sick. Full application 24th. Just hoping this isn’t a mistaken email by my MA!!!!!
