My LTV 39%. Checked on track it and everything is still blank and outstanding except we are reviewing your application and need some more information which has a green tick next to it. I’ve already signed the Barclays declaration online however still showing outstanding.

Not sure if my MB forgot to send it over via DocuSign and Barclays been waiting for that documents. I managed to find out the Application reference number on the mortgage declaration case ID: which has a bunch of numbers, look for the number 9 and followed by the rest of the number up stopping on the 10th digit ex

So god knows what other processes it went through, but in a way I'm glad I didn't know I could track it before, as it doesn't seem to be the most reliable thing to look at.0 -
Congrats...hoping I get some good news soon. I think the tracker works better if you apply direct, with MB some of the steps are completed by the MB and the tracker doesn’t recognise it.0

Thanks. It will be interesting to compare - with your LTV and for the same offer, if logic can be applied one would assume an approval tomorrow, after your signed declaration can now be processed.
Of course nothing ever seems to make much sense with mortgages, and I still worry that some automated process went rogue and no mortgage offer arrives with us, but I need to stop overanalysing everything!0 -
You should be fine, my previous mortgage was directly applied with the First Direct lender. This time MB took all the stress out to be honest. No more mortgage job like interviews.1

Yes, application completed and now on tenterhooks.
2/11 - Full application interview with Barclays MA Line manager was listening in as she was being assessed. Felt more like a murder investigation than a mortgage interview. Got DIP of £210k on £820k house with a salary of £50k.
4/11 - Contacted by the MA as underwriters needed certified signed gift letter, evidence of deposit savings and copy of partners passport.
5/11- Went into branch to get these all copied and certified. Uploaded them and docusigned.
6/11 -MA called and said they couldn't open the files as they were jpegs. I resubmitted them as pdfs.
9/11- MA said they had fully submitted the application. Now it's the waiting............0 -

Sorry to hear that yours didn't go through on the nod, for completeness my paper mortgage offer indeed arrived in my postbox yesterday, as well as with the solicitors. I'm still not sure why mine was so painless - both my partner and I are existing Barclays customers (credit cards and I used to have a bank account), so perhaps that helped with some steps.1

*Update from the underwriters sent to Mb“We are currently reviewing your customers’ application, supporting documents and valuation to make sure everything is in order. And the KYC documents are being reviewed by the KYC team.”
Im guessing a desktop valuation has already taken place.
Hoping to get a official response sooner than later
