NSD No 14
Not been the best of days. I was told that my neighbour and friend has been diagnosed with cancer. She is a lot younger than me and lived here when I moved in more than twenty years ago. She's helped and supported me through many difficult times and is just simply a lovely person. So kind and is the sort of person who goes out of her way to help others. She met a lovely man and got married in January. I am praying (as we all are) that it is not as bad as it seems but I am so, so sad. She is understandably devastated.
I've been kind of knocked for six so I'm sitting here with a very large, very strong gin and tonic.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.5 -

Today I am grateful for getting dd out of the house, for getting some errands run, for drying the washing on the climbing frame, for giggling at the 7' sunflower that faceplanted onto the lawn, for completing a jigsaw, for happy GCSE results.

Gd impossible so tired after sleepover. Love them to bits but was just looking forward to few hours around garden nursery. No exercise done yesterday, ate rubbish as well. Well can't remember making myself tea, nibbled pasta made for gkds.Today will do better, salmon defrosting and will pop out and get some green veg to go with it.Grateful forSunflower still upright and now has 4 headsSun out at moment, so quick lunch walk to see the sea, high tide and these winds could be worth a look.Friday - even though weekend plans not as I wanted.LBM 13039 1.1.13 Now £0 Finally Debt FreeMortgage free Oct 2019:)EFund/savings £25000 10/11/226
