Well thats my complaint sent off to the ombudsman, hope I managed to get my point across to them with regards to my complaint.
How are they in responding by email? The nature of my work means I cant always answer my phone as I work on or about the railway.

Hi Mark, to be fair they like to call sometimes but all my correspondence has been via email with them. they then like to email a break down of the phone call to you.

an email or a phone call never hurt anyone, as i said I email once a week chasing for updates and keep a record of correspondence.

QQ and PTP have responded to the FOS and agree with his findings with the exception of the compensation of £350 for distress. They have therefore offered full redress of interest. 8% simple interest on top, plus removal of the loans from my credit file.

That is basically the outcome I was looking for, but seeing as the adjudicator still feels I am due some compensation for the inconvenience and distress, I have asked QQ and PTP to meet me halfway on the compensation. Hopefully they go for it, but even if they don't I'll probably accept.

13 days left for mine to run their 8-week course. Good to see the successes of others here

  • Finally got round to going to FOS with Wonga.... 8 weeks, plus the additional 4 that they asked for was up last week but i've just been too busy to sit down and do it.
This is my last payday loan, and biggest. 12 loans over 2 years, the last of which they wrote off interest and charges shortly after granting it themselves. *fingers crossed*
  • Anyone know how long QQ take to respond to FO complaint been with them 2 weeks now
