The adjudicator from FOS has asked to see a copy of my credit report, with details of payments made, credit limit etc,
I've downloaded both experian and equifax credit reports, and none of my PDLs are listed, yet they appear on Noddle. Does anyone know why this would be?0 -

There are two main credit reference agencies - Equifax and Call Credit. Some lenders use both and report to both, others just use one and only report to one.
Experian use Equifax so you basically have two of the same report. Noddle uses Call credit. Most payday lenders will also only use call credit.
I would recommend checkmyfile.com which I believe is the only one to provide you with reports from both simultaneously. You should be able to get a free trial.0 -

Thank you for your reply
Yes i was told by email i would get a redress and to confirm my details, all done but was told would receive within 12 weeks and no later than end of March, i have still not received anything its past the 12 weeks now and i still have no idea how much it is for or what it is for as i already received a refund from them due to a complaint
I have since sent emails to the customer redress email, complaints department and managers emails and had no reply. Also tried phoning and still no reply it is constantly engaged
Nothing much i can do other than wait but it is annoying when no one will even reply just to tell me how much it is and why i am getting a refund0 -
I'm only at week 4 but only had 1 offer from 1 of the 7 companies. I've emailed them yesterday informing them that I am reliant on this matter being resolved financially (as have just entered in to a DMP with 3 of them) and only LS have replied so far acknowledging that.
You've reported most of yours to the FOS now haven't you?2010 - First ever competition win = Creme Egg Keyring0 -
Hi guys just wanted some advice, I complained about 6 paydays loans from Lending Stream, they have offered to refund me the interest on 3 of the loans but won't refund for the other 3. Would it be worth accepting the refund for the 3 and referring the remaining to the FOS or send all 6? They have said that the refund is for full & final settlement of all the loans?0

Hi ktyer, Think I would accept , not sure without figures though.:cool:0

Refund from Lending Stream was in my account this afternoon
do I need to wait for final responses from other companies before taking them to FOS or after 8 weeks is that it?

Ahhh, thanks ginger ice. I didn't realise that! signed up to free trial of checkmyfile.com and got the report. This report also shows that Satsuma loans never did a credit search on me, just an enquiry... more fuel for my case methinks.0 -
This is such a great thread, I'm surprised I haven't seen it (or this subject) featured in one of the MSE newsletters (unless I missed it!)
I am totally going to look into this on my day off Friday. I was stuck in the PDL cycle for roughly two years, managed to get myself out of it but only with borrowing of a different sort!
I hope in 4-6 months I will be able to report a successful claim against Wonga and maybe even one for my DH against PDUK.
Thanks for the inspiration OP and other posters, glad this thread got past its early negative replies and is now full of people supporting each other in a non judgmental and information sharing way
Good luck to all of you in the process of claiming.
