Overall yes, not all loans were upheld. The FO believed the first 6 were affordable but the last 13 were vastly increasing amounts and the 20th one was a flexi loan for £1500, she upheld these 14. At the time I was earning only £1100 a month.
The only thing the case officer asked me for in addition to my complaint was for my credit record for the period of time I was taking loans. I got this for £2 from experian. QQ were difficult to deal with from the start of this complaint. They did respond to me but were very arrogant (IMO) and at points rude. I was relieved when I could escalate it and once I did and the FO contacted them they started to play ball. They have been the first to respond to the FO out of the 3 Complaint I had escalated to them.
I have managed to get 5k in charges and interest refunded in total from 3 companies this is such a massive amount to me and I'm now almost of debt free. This thread has literally turned my life around. Thank you to everyone who has posted.

Another update: PDUK have offered me £334 which is the interest on 3 loans which were rolled over. I have an outstanding balance with them for £388 from 2014 when I got to the point where I could no longer repay.
I am not going to accept this offer. Overall I borrowed £1700 from them and paid back just over £4000 I am waiting for the official email from the FO and will respond. TBH it's the principle now rather than the money. This company were awful to deal with when I got into difficulties and I will be fighting this one 100%

Another payout from QQ £8000 on DebtCamel. Iam still waiting QQ and PDUK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

QQ have 12 days now until the 8 weeks is up to respond to my complaint.Be interesting to see how they respond.

I think the PDL have underestimated how many customers there are who have registered complaints. They are snowed under apparently, hope all the FOS charges cripple them financially. The Power customers have is now bearing down on them, good luck to everyone and hope you have a speedy resolution to your complaints.:cool:
