Result! £2803 refund offered by QQ! They have been the first to respond to the FO0

Brilliant Jon8sher1, 8 weeks are up next week for QQ and PDUK and I will remind them of this and escalating to the FOS on Monday. How long was the process from start to finish???/:T:j:)0

The first email to QQ went on the 27th November. So 16 weeks all in all. I sent a complaint to the FO after 9 weeks of not receiving their response they then emailed their final response to me on the 19th Feb offering £150 as a gesture of goodwill! I said I wouldn't accept and asked the FO to carry on their investigation0

Very pleased for you Jon8sher1, It is about time QQ started redressing complaints, they must have thought customers would go away if they ignored them, I encourage any one who has had loans from QQ and PDUK to complain and put these ignorant predators under the media spotlight.:eek:0

Exactly!! Keep on at it and good luck everyone.0

And a massive thanks to Woody53 who started this thread - Seriously would never of bothered to complain if you hadn't of posted with your experiences0

Hi all,
For anyone who has complained with Wonga, how long did it take for them to come back to you to say they had logged your complaint? I emailed my complaint 3 days ago and so far have heard nothing? Not even an acknowledgement of my email. Thank You.0 -
3 days for me. So I wouldn't panic for a day or two.0

Great news about QQ Jon.
I'm hoping that bodes well for my complaint too. They offered me a gesture of goodwill of £150 each from QQ and P2P but I rejected and sent it to the FOS. I have absolutely no idea how much interest I will have paid them, but I'm sure it's into the thousands. Plus I defaulted on a P2P loan so it would be lovely to have that removed from my credit history.0
