    Think that should be enough louised, People just send whatever the FOS ask for, if they have it.

    Got my first reply from P2P. Doesn't really acknowledge my complaint or the grounds for it at all
    [FONT=&quot]In response to your query,

    We will be happy to assist you. Pounds to Pocket uses robust systems and procedures for assessing an applicant’s creditworthiness and ability to repay. Our affordability assessment incorporates numerous unique customer specific variables. In addition, we adhere to all applicable legal and regulatory standards that govern our industry.

    Our internal proprietary credit model combines credit-scoring information reports with other factors from the application, such as income and employment status to generate a final determination of a customer’s creditworthiness. This affects whether we approve or decline the customer, and also affects the size of the loan they are approved for.

    If you have any queries, please contact our Customer Support team seven days a week via phone, email or online chat.

    I've replied back to them asking if this was their final reply to my complaint and if so that I am unhappy that they have not looked at my case

    Quick Quid have responded saying that they acknowledge I have chosen not to add any supporting documentation.

    I have replied saying that I don't need to supply any more information as it is all still clearly showing on my account that I rolled over every month for 14 months up to £1000 each time and any responsible lender should have flagged this up as a problem.

    I'll keep everyone posted and good luck :)

    PS MyJAR refunded the £2700 the same day so they were very easy to deal with for anyone considering starting a claim.

    Just added up my Wonga ones based on statements... wasn't good viewing. Just over 17k of loans (52 of them not 19 like I first thought!) over 3 years and paid back 22k. Pretty much all rolled over :(

    Fingers crossed!

    Just have to ensure that I get my claims upheld. Having spent a lot of time on putting together a spreadsheet on all the PDLs I had, I think I have a much better case than the other day. 76 of these loans over 4 years trapped in their cycle is madness and a lesson hard learnt. Lost everything as a result: home, family, children... nearly my job.

    As I said before, this thread alone has been enough to spur on my motivation to get this situation sorted and even the small glimmer of hope that I'd get anything back is a real positive right now in my important journey to becoming debt free.

    Financially close to the same boat as me. When you count fees amounting to say 20k. And if paid on time it's say around 15 to 30%. I was lent more 3 years than i earnt 3 years than I earnt.

    It is shocking how much these predators lent to people, the profits are obscene amounts of cash. Now they have been found out, and these forums are highlighting the fact they lent without completing proper financial checks. Hopefully I will get some redress from my 2 complaints against QQ and PDUK, I expect a battle to get the desired outcome.
  • My complaint against QQ and P2P was escalated to the FOS well over a month ago now and I've not heard anything from them yet. I called up last week to get an update and apparently an adjudicator had been assigned on the 23 Feb but I still not even spoken to the guy.

    My complaint against Uncle Buck was raised on the same day and a different adjudicator had completed her investigation by 3rd March.

    I get the feeling I've drawn the short straw for this QQ/P2P complaint. Which incidentally would be my biggest pay out. I just don't trust that the bloke I've been assigned is the most proactive member of the team.
