Shahan seems to be instigator of these horrendously dismissive responses. Lets hope he's out of a job by the end of the month. Total scumbags.
It was from Shahan yes...got it within a week though. It must have taken him 56 days to think it up!!

Thanks for this thread. Has given me a new found hope on trying to resolve some of my issues and spurred me on to sending off one complaint to QQ yesterday. Now to tackle the other 5 companies2010 - First ever competition win = Creme Egg Keyring0

Ringo,
Expect prolonged waits and to be fobbed off at every opportunity, but stick with it.
If they reject or even offer a partial settlement send it to the FOS. Not only will you most likely win, you will also be causing these immoral scumbags untold disruption.

Had a chat with the FOS today about QQ.
Do you know how long I will likely be waiting for a response from either QQ or the FOS?
Thanks!LBM(2) Jan 2014 - Debt £17500

I am awaiting investigations into my complaints to a couple of PDL's at the moment.
I have another question though: I have a settled CCJ that was for a PDL originally for £150. This ended up at about £1800+ due to constantly providing me with a new loan "to help me out" with the debt I had with them, and this culminated in a CCJ of the £1800+.
I settled the CCJ years ago (and the PDL accepted around £900 IIRC to settle it, but by their own admission they'd made a packet off of me overall so they had no problems doing that for me!!!).
My question is: have I any argument to have the CCJ set aside, even though it was settled years ago? I didn't defend it at the time which I think may be looked at negatively on my part, but then the understanding of what is legal, moral and acceptable around PDLs today wasn't there then so I believed (and still believe that at that time) I wouldn't have stood a chance defending it.
TIA for any advice.0 -

Thanks for the encouragement. I have just sent off to Wonga for them to give me the figures I need for the 19 that I had with them between 2011 and Dec 2014 (many rolled over).
QQ - 8 loans totalling £3625 (paid back £5233)
PDUK - 4 loans totalling £1110 (paid back £1412.70)
LS - 5 loans totalling £1710 (paid back £2911.44)
P2P - 2 loans totalling £2049.98 (paid back 3606.58)
Sunny - 10 loans total unknown as missing values for 3 of those. But for the 7 totalling £2350 (paid back 4645.44)
A grim picture
Currently owe to QQ, Sunny and LS approx 2500 in total2010 - First ever competition win = Creme Egg Keyring0 -
Just a quick update. Sent e-mail to PDUK this week and got a response today saying they would be writing with a final response in up to 4 weeks time. Quite quick for them I think reading some of the posts on here. Maybe we are getting them to notice us finally.
Onwards and upwards everyone0
