Hi there, could someone point me in the direction of help section for this where it explains what you need to do please? I must be blind as i cant see anything...

My first success!
Quickquid agree with my adjudicator and have agreed to refund me my interest plus 8%! I first complained to them at the end of August 2016 so it hasn’t been a quick process. I am so glad I did.
Summary of progress
Peachy – settled with them (for a lot less than I should have but the cash saved me from a tight spot)
Mr Lender – settled with them
H&T – adjudicator didn’t uphold my complaint so referred it to the ombudsman
247moneybox – is with the adjudicator
Wonga – I want them to look at loans over 6 years old – they have offered me £200 for one that was within the time but if they look into them this could run into the thousands. This is with the jurisdictions team. I think it will take a long time but if it is upheld the longer I wait, the more interest will build up.0 -
"Thanks to this thread I have contacted 5 companies, however is there anything I can do regarding Payday UK's refusal to provide a loan history?"
Hiya, I dunno if it helps but if you go into Noddle (assuming you have an account) and then g;
1. FINANCIAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION
2. CLOSED ACCOUNTS
It gives you a list of everything, including old PDL's up to and including 6 years ago. If you then click on the > button at the side of it then it shows you the opening balance...0 -

Hi,
How did you get this back ? Did you have a pre written letter or anything ? I've not had one with wonga but have had others.
Cheers0 -
How long have people waited once its gone to the final ombudsman - we have had the adjudacator request from QQ but they've come back with a counter offer, so looks like we will have to go to ombudsman. Have people been successful with this.0

Hey,
can you provide me the letter template you used?
I'm in the same boat as you so would love to get some help/.
Thanks0 -
M0le4123 - QQ disagreed with my adjudicator and I've been in the queue for ombudsman review since mid march. Others have been waiting far longer.
Edit - I called FOS today for an update and the case is now being reviewed by ombudsman. I'll post an update as soon as I hear from them.0 -
Hi there, i sent an email to cheque centre requesting a statement of my account last week. I received a response with the details, however they said the following.
"You complaint has been logged and is in line for investigation, you will receive your acknowledgement letter within the next 3 business days in the post.
FYI our regulators allow up to 8 weeks for us to investigate, review and respond to your complaint.
### will respond to you in writing once she has completed her investigation."
My questions is... Do i need to send another email asking for a payday refund or should i leave it as it is?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated...
TIA
