ooitsme, The more evidence you have the easier it will be for the FOS if your complaints get this far. Some of the lenders you have mentioned will most likely make you an offer. Check the DebtCamel website with Sarah, more valuable information for you to fight your case.
Be patient and you will be fine :cool:0 -
Hard to answer Dan, its long if you are up against PDUK and QQ who are the most ignorant PDL and seem to get enjoyment from pi--ing their customers and the FOS off. Approx 3 weeks for an adjudicator, then maybe 2 to 6 months to finalise and get your payments.:cool:0

So I heard back from Wonga re my asking for the SOA - they say there will be a delay before I receive my SOA, I asked for a timescale and they stated that is no timescale! I wish I could get further back on my online banking in order to just skip this step!0

ooitsme, phone your bank and ask them to send you the last six years statements, you will probably need them fot the FOS.:cool:0

Hey all.
I have had my adjudicator's decision in the post this weekend for my QQ complaint. I sent my complaint to the FOS on 8th July so that gives you an idea on the current timescale.
This is what I had from QQ:
£150.00 loan 11/03/2011
£250.00 loan 31/08/2011
£650.00 loan 29/02/2012
£600.00 loan 31/12/2012
£500.00 loan 31/12/2013 (Flex credit loan)
Adjudicator has summarised everything and has said that the first loan was affordable - I didn't expect this one to be considered - but I should be refunded for the ones in August 2011 and February 2012. The final sentence of his findings says this: "Quick Quid have agreed to refund all interest and charges for the last two loans"
So does this mean they had offered to refund the last two and the adjudicator has told them to refund all of the last four loans as I haven't heard anything from QQ about refunding the last two? All they offered was £150.00 compensation which I rejected and sent it to the FOS.
I don't want to get my hopes up too much but being refunded for the last four loans is worth about £1,600.00 to me before 8% interest.0 -
QQ offer is for the last 2 loans only? it is up to you to go on to an Ombudsman.:cool:0

But be wary the ombudsman usually agrees with the adjudicater in most cases, no harm in carrying on though.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Adjudicator has said QQ offer is for last two but he has said I should be refunded for the second and third. He sent the letter to them on Friday so I don't know if they had agreed to pay the last two before adjudicator's findings. I have sent him an email which he'll pick up tomorrow but I'm impatient!0

The Adjudicator is saying 4 loans QQ are saying 2 loans?? it is up to you to agree or not and escalate to an Ombudsman Adamsssss:cool:0

Adjudicator didn't mention the last two at all, just said that I should be refunded for the two before that. I read it as though he wasn't considering the last two for a refund. But I guess he doesn't need to as QQ have apparently agreed to refund them anyway but I wasn't aware of that.
I am more than happy to accept all but the first one being refunded but wouldn't be surprised if QQ want it to go to an ombudsman.
Sorry for being a bit dense!0
