  • did anyone put income and outgoings on their complaints as on debtcamel?

I ask this as would, if included, be a marker for calculation the unaffordability of the loans? as incomes would of varied greatly within these times; as mine did.

I was with QQ for over 3 1/2 years

btw had offically 6 loans with qq [from there point of view, but borrowed over 40 times...eeek] with 1 rolling for 2 1/2 years. eek

Hi cmc_entertainment, Give as much information that you can to the FOS not QQ to help with your complaint.

Hi cmc_entertainment, I think you have a good case on the grounds of unaffordability, just let the FOS deal with your complaint.
  • complaint officially logged. QQ 8 Week timer starts, then if no joy, FOS

You will get the generic e-mails from QQ, then its a waiting game, however I have not read about anybody getting compensated by QQ without going through the FOS, this could change of course.

Two weeks, because I negotiated with them.

Initially they offered £50, I declined that, they then offered £100, declined that also.

Threatened FOS, they upped to £300, so in order to settle with the least hassle and time delay, accepted.

Going to FOS can be a gamble, so cut my losses, happy with that though !!

Still waiting for my payment to show in my bank account from Uncle Buck . Uncle Buck do make payments if complained to but they always deny wrongdoing and make offers as goodwill gestures. I remember companies doing the same for PPI claims.

Another e-mail to PDUK, another reply RE: statement of accounts. My complaint is now with the correct dept and sorry for the delay, BS this is good evidence for the FOS re: delaying tactics. Think I will go to their website and see if I can still Log on to my old account, might be able to find all my old loans I had with them.
  • Quick Quid and Pounds to Pocket have both finally started their "Final Resolution" complaint investigation and started the 8 week timer.

Roll on the end of March.

I'm hoping Lending stream will get back to me soon. They did say 2 business days but think that may have been automated for an "in house" complaint. I suppose its 8 weeks for that too.
